We are firm believers that if you treat others true and fairly, you will get the same in return. So, when we quote, that quote doesn’t change as it becomes an invoice. There will never be items on invoices such as ‘admin fee’ or ‘misc.’

All our quotes hold a life of 30 days and that quote stands as long as we have started the project within this term. We like to be as honest as the day is long, and will let you know if we think your product or venture has the likelihood of being lucrative, before we start any work. We will also carry out all reasonable amends (if any) for free. And - we are not happy unless you are.
